Visual Art
The art program at Morrison Academy leads students to explore, express, communicate, interpret and create through art. They learn skills and techniques such as drawing, painting, working with clay, working in color, working three-dimensionally and much more. Students also learn about what art is and what artists do. They learn about art in their own culture and art in other places and other times. They learn about Chinese art and traditions. We give each child a great variety of projects, many challenging their creativity, many that develop specific skills, and most of them fun.
